ProPharm AG has been established in 2005 and already has 75 member pharmacies. The difference to other pharmacy co-operations is: ProPharm is independent from associations, suppliers and wholesalers. The aim is to turn the ProPharm AG to the leading independent pharmacy co-operation.
SANEMUS AG continues to evaluate 20 to 30 German and international companies in order to invest capital. Due to reasons of confidentiality, we are sorry that we can not reveal any details at this stage.
Following investment contracts are just within the due diligence
stages.
NURSING CARE
Investment in an established German nursing care chain.
IN-PATIENT AND OUT-PATIENT CARE
Investment in a selected medical specialist centre. This centre includes a wellness area,
a pharmacy (Medical care centre in an excellent location). After establishing this first centre,
further centres are planned in other large cities. Suitable options already exist.
At the moment SANEMUS
AG evaluates different offers to buy or participate which have
been made by various clinics.
MEDICAL ENGINEERING AND MEDICAL PRODUCTS
A innovative company which produces health care products and is also quoted at
the stock exchange has taken up negotiations with SANEMUS AG.
Investment in a company which produces diagnostic and therapeutic scanners
(such as MRT, CT).
Investment in an international company with innovative wound treating products.
PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES AND BIOTECHNOLOGY
Investment in a biotechnology company which offers services in the antibody field
and has furthermore patented several therapeutic agents.
Investment in a biotechnology company which enables SANEMUS to access its cooperation
and synergy potential.
Investment in a leading company for active ingredient R&D.
Investment in a clinical unit which deals with a substance for diabetes prophylaxis
and has a patent for Europe.
Development and marketing of an Anti-Aging product.
WELLNESS AND FITNESS
Investment in an international company with produces meters for measuring general
well-being and encourages personal fitness. Sales channels are, amongst others, gyms.
